'Anifeiliaid Anwes' is part of Series 2 of 'Archwilio'r Amgylchedd yn y dref'. The series follows the adventures of Betsan and Roco as they explore the town environment. The second series includes 8 original stories and poems for children at Progression Step 2. They aim to support different areas of learning and experience with a focus on outdoor exploration and discovery.

The books provide an opportunity to raise children's curiosity about their environment as well as encourage them to enjoy by exploring, inquiring, experimenting, asking questions and trying to find answers. This is a series that develops opportunities for children to read and express their ideas, opinions and feelings, and show imagination, creativity and sensitivity to their environment. If you buy the complete series, you will get 6 challenge cards for each book which contain various challenges that you can use to further support the learning, and provide learners with opportunities to reinforce the skills that they have learnt.
