Shipping policy
DELIVERY WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM
Orders placed on the Peniarth online shop are processed within 5 working days. We dispatch orders on Wednesdays, via Royal Mail (First Class) and Parcelforce 24H. We aim to deliver orders within 5 working days, but orders may take up to 10 working days to reach a customer from the date the order is placed. If a product is out of stock this may take longer. Customers are notified of any problem with stock.
SHIPPING COSTS
Our shipping costs are as follows:
- For orders under £25: £3
- For orders over £25, but under £100: £5
- Shipping is free for orders over £100
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We are pleased to offer delivery to countries outside of the United Kingdom. If you would like to buy from us, and the customer delivery address is an address outside the UK, we ask that you contact us at post@peniarth.cymru to discuss delivery costs and options. We will then place the order on your behalf.
