Refund policy

Customers have the right to cancel an order. If the order has not been delivered, we will cancel the order and provide a refund, where payment has taken place at the point of purchase.

If the order has been delivered, customers have the right to return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving the item(s).

You can apply for the return of item(s) in your shop account. Once a return request has been received and agreed, customers will have 14 days to return the items to us. We will process a refund to the customer within 14 days of us receiving the item, provided the item(s) is returned in its original condition.

Return costs: where a product does not reach customers in an acceptable condition, or if there is reason to argue that the item was not as described, then we will pay for the return of the items. If a customer changes their mind about an item(s), it will still be possible to return the item(s) within the 14-day period; but, the customer will be expected to pay the return shipping costs of the item(s).

Before returning an item, customers will need to complete a return request within their store account, to receive return information.

To avoid any problems that may arise when returning an item, it is suggested that customers contact us to arrange transport for the item through Royal Mail's tracking and delivery confirmation service. We will not be able to arrange a refund for the customer if we do not:

  1. receive the returned item, or
  2. receive proof that the customer has attempted to return an item to us

This does not affect your statutory rights.
